- Seeking candidates with 4+ years of experience in property management or related administrative fields.

You will...
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks on prospective tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure that they are signed and executed in a timely manner
- Offer occasional leasing assistance by showcasing a suite/property to a prospective resident
- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records of tenant payments and account balances
- Respond to prospect leads, as well as tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, including conducting inspections and processing security deposits
- Assist in coordinating the lease renewal process
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with property managers to prepare budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks
