Auctus VIII LP is a limited partnership structured to invest in the development, construction and operation of G17 Apartments at Tamarack, a 347 unit premium multi-family apartment complex located in the Tamarack neighborhood of Edmonton, Alberta. This project is currently under construction in Tamarack, located in southwest Edmonton, featuring sixty-seven acres of green space including parks, natural reserves, lakes, and recreational areas. Over two kilometers of tree-lined paths wind throughout the neighbourhood, leading to an urban plaza and park. Tamarack is near a number of shopping centres, such as a small development on 23rd Avenue and the larger RioCan Meadows on 38th Avenue, which offers a number of large retail options. The nearby Whitemud Drive and Anthony Henday Drive provide easy accessibility to a number of amenities throughout the city, including Millbourne Shopping Centre, Mill Wood Town Centre, and South Edmonton Common. The Meadows Transit Centre is located adjacent to the project site, linking residents to the rest of the city.


The project will offer a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom (+den) units over four buildings, three of which will include underground heated parkades. The project will place an emphasis on building a vibrant apartment community with modern amenities and services.
