Contest Details & Rules
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
Each eligible platform follow counts as one separate entry into the draw. This means residents who follow Deveraux on more platforms will have more chances to win.
The selected winner will be contacted via DM.
Verification
Before the prize is awarded, Deveraux may verify that the selected winner follows or subscribes to the social media account or accounts claimed on their entry form.
If an entry cannot be verified, Deveraux reserves the right to deem that entry ineligible and select another winner by random draw.
Eligibility
The contest is open to current residents of Deveraux Apartment Communities only. Deveraux staff members and their families are not eligible.
To be eligible, residents must complete the official contest entry form during the contest period and follow or subscribe to at least one eligible Deveraux social media account. Residents may earn up to four entries total based on the number of eligible platforms followed.
Contest closes on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 11:59 PDT. Entries received after this will not be counted. Winners will be contacted on Monday, June 15, 2026.
