This transaction marks Auctus LP’s third multi-family property acquisition in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Pinnacle at Bridgwater II has 4 four storey buildings and a total of 208 units and is located adjacent to The Pinnacle at Bridgwater I, of which Auctus LP acquired a 55% ownership interest in July 2019. This apartment community is located proximal to the growing Bridgwater Trails retail hub, complete with a Save On Foods and many other service providers and restaurants.
Apartment options include one and two-bedroom plus den suites ranging from 722 to 1018 square feet. The two-bedroom plus den suites feature two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite and is accessed by a walk-through closet in the master bedroom. All suites are complete with high-end finishes such as granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning and private balconies. The Pinnacle at Bridgwater II has a similarly appointed resident clubhouse to that of The Pinnacle 1, but also has an outdoor swimming pool that is enjoyed by the residents of both apartment communities.
