History
The Deveraux Group of Companies developed and constructed its first new apartment community in 2010. Just over a decade later, the group has evolved to establish operations in a variety of sectors, with a focus on sourcing, developing and managing Class A multi-family assets. 2022
The Deveraux Group of Companies continues to expand in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina & Winnipeg
- The Deveraux Group of Companies exceeds $1.25 billion in assets under management
- The Deveraux Group of Companies acquires ownership and management of Raymond Block, Canada’s only LEED certified mixed use building
- Deveraux Developments commences development of two multi-family apartment communities in Calgary and two in Edmonton

2021
Deveraux Apartment Communities opens in Edmonton
- The Deveraux Group of Companies is recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Company for a third consecutive year
- Deveraux Apartment Communities opens G17 Apartments at Tamarack, its first development in Edmonton, comprised of 350 units across 4 buildings
- Deveraux Apartment Communities is awarded a PPMA Award for ‘Landscaping Project of the Year’ for The Pinnacle at Bridgwater
2020
For a second straight year, The Deveraux Group of Companies is recognized with the Canada’s Best Managed Companies designation

- Deveraux Apartment Communities opens two multi-family apartment communities in Winnipeg, Luna at Aurora and Latitude 49 at Sage Creek, cresting over 1250 units under management in Winnipeg

2018
Deveraux Homes is recognized by the Regina and Region Home Builders Association (RRHBA) as the Home Builder of the Year
- The Deveraux Group of Companies is awarded an RFP by a large national retail REIT to develop and intensify existing shopping centre site in Calgary with complementary multi-family residential developments
- The Deveraux Group of Companies partners with a western Canadian developer to design and construct 398 rental units in Winnipeg’s Sage Creek neighbourhood
- The Pinnacle at Bridgwater (176 units) opens in the Bridgwater Trails neighbourhood of Winnipeg, complete with a resident clubhouse, commercial grade fitness centre, games area, tenant lounge and barbeques
- The Apex at Acre 21 opens in the Greens on Gardiner Neighbourhood of Regina

- Deveraux Developments completed design and construction on Emerald Park Home Hardware in under 7 months featuring 21,875 sq.ft. of developed retail space
- Deveraux Developments enters into a joint venture partnership with two prominent Regina-based developers to develop, own and operate Acre 21, a 200,000 square foot retail hub in east Regina

- Deveraux Developments launches operations in Manitoba and begins the construction of The Summit at Seasons (416 units, $74 million)
- Deveraux Asset Management adds three new independent Board members, all with significant experience in asset management, property development and property management, to its investment fund Board of Directors
2014
Deveraux Asset Management partners with a large Canadian apartment REIT
- Deveraux Asset Management partners with a large Canadian apartment REIT, its first national institutional investment partner to build, own and operate Harbour View Estates (208 rental units in Regina, SK)
- Deveraux Asset Management collaborates with the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation to develop and introduce the Capital Rent Subsidy Program, funding the construction of purpose-built affordable rental units
- Deveraux Developments wins Builder of the Year at the Regina and Region Homebuilders Association Awards
- Deveraux designs and constructs 320 units at Sterling Manor in Regina

2011
Deveraux Apartment Communities (previously known as Altern Properties), is incorporated
- Deveraux Apartment Communities (previously known as Altern Properties), is incorporated to ensure best in class customer service and maintenance of rental properties, including in-house maintenance, cleaning, landscaping and snow removal services
- Deveraux Developments designs and constructs 75-unit Sky Pointe Estates in north Regina, representing Deveraux’s second new development utilizing modular construction methodology
2010
Deveraux Developments builds Sky Harbour Estates
- Deveraux Asset Management recognizes the lack of quality purpose-built rental developments in Regina; Deveraux Developments builds Sky Harbour Estates (314 units, $50 million, completed in 19 months)
2008
Deveraux Asset Management raises $1.6 million to purchase an established apartment community
- Deveraux Asset Management establishes its first LP, raising $1.6 million to purchase an established apartment community, Lewvan Village, in Regina
