Deveraux worked collaboratively with the ownership and management group of Emerald Park Home Hardware, as well as Home Hardware corporate advisors to design, develop and construct an impressive retail space in Emerald Park, a growing community just east of Regina.
Details of the store include:
- Pre-engineered steel building designed and built in less than seven months
- 21,875 sq. ft. of developed retail space, with an additional 1,600 sq. ft. of mezzanine office space
- 11,250 sq. ft. of enclosed drive-through lumber service bays
- 5,000 sq. ft. of outdoor Garden Centre space
