Deveraux President and CEO Denis Jones Wins EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Prairies Overall Award

We are thrilled to announce that Denis Jones, CEO of Deveraux Group of Companies, has been honoured with the prestigious EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Prairies Overall Award. This recognition celebrates Denis’ outstanding leadership, innovative vision and substantial contributions to the real estate and property management industry.

Under Denis’ guidance, Deveraux has grown into a leader in the development and management of purpose-built luxury apartment communities across Western Canada. His forward-thinking approach to business, commitment to quality and passion for delivering exceptional living experiences have been instrumental in transforming the company into what it is today.

As the Prairies region’s EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2024, Denis will compete with winners from the Pacific, Ontario, Québec and Atlantic regions for the national honour of Canada’s EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2024, which will be presented at a celebration on November 26, 2024 in Toronto. The winner of Canada’s EY Entrepreneur Of The Year will move on to compete with more than 50 other country recipients for the title of EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year® hosted in Monaco.

Now in its 30th year in Canada, the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® program highlights entrepreneurs who drive economic growth through their unique perspectives and relentless determination. Since 1994, the program has recognized the incredible achievements of hundreds of Canadian entrepreneurs, including those, like Denis, who continuously push the boundaries of innovation and growth.
