As 2025 draws to a close, we’re proud to reflect on a year defined by progress, collaboration, and meaningful impact. From major development milestones to team growth and community investment, this year has been a powerful testament to what’s possible when people, purpose, and vision align.
Award-Winning Excellence
This year, we were honoured to receive multiple prestigious industry awards, including achieving Platinum status in Canada’s Best Managed Companies program. This distinction is reserved for organizations that demonstrate excellence for seven consecutive years, and it reflects our people-first culture, innovative leadership, and long-term commitment to delivering value for residents, investors, and communities alike.
Growing Our Team
Our success is driven by our people, and in 2025 our team continued to grow in meaningful ways. We expanded from 326 to 386 employees, an 18% increase that strengthened our capacity across all areas of the business. This growth reflects not only the scale of our work, but also our commitment to building a supportive, high-performing workplace.
Major Development Milestones
2025 marked a significant year of delivery and execution. We successfully completed and turned over 1,227 rental homes, representing 1.2 million square feet of residential space. From early planning to possession and beyond, these achievements were made possible through disciplined execution, collaboration, and shared accountability across teams.
Beyond residential development, we also introduced:
- Approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space, enhancing convenience and lifestyle for residents
- 30,000 square feet of programmed amenity space, designed to foster connection and a true sense of belonging within our communities
Expanding Our Subsidiaries and Services
In 2025, we continued to grow the services and experiences available within our communities.
One highlight was our partnership with WonderWise Early Learning & Care Centre, which opened a new purpose-built childcare space at Podium Apartments in Calgary. Located at the base of Canada Olympic Park, WonderWise brings high-quality, licensed childcare directly into the community, supporting families where they live and work.
We also expanded our hospitality footprint with the opening of Fenyk Coffee & Social’s second location, and we’re excited to share that a third location is planned for 2026 in Calgary’s Rangeview neighbourhood. These initiatives reinforce our belief that strong communities are built through connection, convenience, and shared spaces.
Community Impact & Sustainability
Giving back remains a core part of who we are. In 2025, our commitment to community and sustainability continued through initiatives across our organization. Notably, our millwork subsidiary, Latitude 50, proudly supplied all cabinets and millwork for the new Ronald McDonald Houses in Regina and Prince Albert, contributing to spaces that support families during some of life’s most challenging moments.
