We celebrate six consecutive years as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies and take home multiple industry awards. The Arc at Emerald Hills earns top honours as ‘Best New Multi-Family Rental Project.’ Our CEO, Denis Jones, is named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Prairies Overall Winner and our COO, Jamie McDougald, is named Executive Leader of the Year by the Saskatchewan Landlord Association (SKLA).

We surpass $1.3 billion in assets under management and operate 3,900+ units across three provinces. Our team grows to 250+ strong, and we dominate the awards scene, winning five Saskatchewan Landlord Association awards, including ‘Rental Housing Provider of the Year’ for the second straight year.

Expanding Further into Alberta
We open a Calgary office and break ground on Plaza Apartments at Northland Village, our first project in the city. At the same time, we secure prime land across Alberta, setting the stage for future developments in Calgary and Edmonton.
2019

Growth & Recognition
We’re named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, a testament to our rapid growth and strong leadership. Alberta joins the map with G17 Apartments at Tamarack (350 units) in Edmonton. With 130 employees and 1,900 units under management, our momentum is unstoppable.
2015

A Bold Step into Winnipeg
We expand beyond Saskatchewan, bringing our vision to Winnipeg with The Summit at Seasons—at 416 units, it’s our largest project yet. With 870 units under management and a team of 45, we’re just getting started.
2010

Building Big, Thinking Bigger
We build Sky Harbour Estates (314 units), Regina’s largest apartment community in decades. From just 12 employees and 440 units under management, we’re laying the foundation for something big.
2008

An Inspired Start
The Deveraux Group of Companies is founded, and we immediately make our mark by acquiring our first apartment community, Lewvan Village, in Regina, Saskatchewan. Taking control of our future, we establish our own property management division, delivering superior service, swift execution, and cost efficiency from day one.
