Resident and Deveraux Group are pleased to announce a partnership to develop a purpose-built rental community at 21-25 Imperial Street in the Davisville Village area of midtown Toronto.

The partnership brings together two firms with complementary strengths and shared values: Resident, a Toronto-based developer focused on thoughtfully designed urban communities that has led the visioning, acquisition, and advancement of the site through approvals and design, and Deveraux Group, a leading Western Canadian fully integrated real estate firm that is actively expanding its presence in Toronto. Together, the firms bring deep in-house expertise across development, construction, and long-term asset management.

The project will deliver a new purpose-built rental building in one of Toronto’s most established and transit-connected neighbourhoods, within steps of the Davisville subway station, beltline trail system, and the amenities of Yonge Street. Located in the heart of Davisville Village, 21-25 Imperial Street sits in one of Toronto’s most desirable midtown neighbourhoods, known for its walkability and vibrant mix of parks, shops, and restaurants. Developing new apartments into this existing urban fabric will allow future residents to reduce the need to drive for daily needs, enjoy more time in their neighbourhood, and support local business.

The 225-unit building will introduce a modern rental community designed to serve a broad mix of residents seeking long-term housing in a highly connected urban setting. It will include amenities that will be designed to respond to the lifestyle of midtown, as well live-work units and a locally-oriented retail space to create a vibrant street level experience.
