Deveraux’s First Apartment Community in Calgary to Open this Summer

Our first apartment community in Calgary, the Plaza Apartments, will be ready to welcome residents this summer. We’re pleased to be able to offer amenity-rich, multi-family living to Calgarians and are excited to be a part of the city’s continued growth.

The Plaza Apartments are comprised of 229 one, two and three bedroom luxury suites that feature full-size stainless-steel appliances, in-suite laundry, air conditioning and contemporary finishes such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, large windows, quartz countertops, and high-gloss, soft-close cabinetry. Residents have numerous on-site amenities for their use, such as underground, heated parking, resident clubhouse and commercial-grade fitness centre. The apartment community is also pet-friendly and offers a pet wash station for our furry residents.
