As part of that commitment, we are proud to announce the installation of more than 200 new Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across our Winnipeg properties. This milestone represents a significant investment in cleaner transportation infrastructure and a meaningful step forward in supporting residents who are choosing electric mobility.
The demand for EV charging continues to grow as more Canadians make the switch to electric vehicles, and we believe residential communities should evolve alongside that shift. By expanding access to convenient, reliable charging at home, we’re helping remove barriers to EV adoption while enhancing everyday living for our residents. These upgrades also align with our broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities, reducing emissions, supporting sustainable lifestyles, and future-proofing our communities.
And this is just the beginning. In 2026, we will expand our EV infrastructure further with the addition of 80 new charging stations across our Regina properties. Looking ahead, EV charging will continue to be prioritized as a standard amenity in all new Deveraux developments currently under construction and in the design phase. We’re also leading by example by adding our first electric vehicle to the Deveraux fleet, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable operations from the ground up.
