The Vision
Medicine Hill serves as the Western Gateway between Calgary and the Rocky Mountains. This growing and historic community is home to a vibrant town centre and Canada Olympic Park, which attracts millions of visitors each year. Podium Apartments will also have a resident clubhouse with a fitness centre, golf simulator, and outdoor swimming pool. The project will include a small retail component, offering convenient on-site services to residents.
The Neighbourhood
The town centre is anchored by Save-on-Foods, PetSmart, GoodLife Fitness, and Dollarama, among other establishments. The excellent connectivity via adjacent major roadways provides easy access to all of Calgary’s top destinations, including downtown and the University of Calgary.
