The Vision
Deveraux Developments is pleased to be developing an apartment community located in Albany, one of Edmonton’s newer neighbourhoods, established in 2009 as an extension to the Palisades area in northwest Edmonton. Beginning construction in 2023, the project will offer a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom suites, along with a resident clubhouse featuring a commercial-grade fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and pet-friendly amenities that include a dog run and pet wash station.
The Neighbourhood
The project is near Anthony Henday Drive, providing residents with convenient access to Edmonton and surrounding communities such as St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, and Spruce Grove.
