Sage Creek Townhomes

The Sage Creek Townhomes are Deveraux’s second development in southeast Winnipeg’s vibrant Sage Creek neighbourhood.

Consisting of 84 units across five, three-storey buildings, the Sage Creek Townhomes will offer 42 one bedroom, one bathroom suites and 42 three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom suites. The suites will range from 516 square feet for a one-bed unit to 1,177 square feet for a three-bed unit.
