Sterling Manor

Sterling Manor is a 320-unit multi-family apartment rental complex. Constructed in 2014, this project includes six buildings located in The Greens on Gardiner neighbourhood of southeast Regina.

Sterling Manor residents enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including access to a central resident clubhouse with administration office, commercial-grade fitness centre, tenant lounge, swimming pool, outdoor barbeque and fire pit area.

In 2020, the Sterling Manor community underwent comprehensive renovations, including the revitalization of building corridors, suites and resident lounge.

This community is surrounded by a wide range of amenities, including various walking paths, schools and the adjacent Acre 21 retail hub, which provides a wide range of retail goods and services to tenants.

Sterling Manor was recognized in 2016 by the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA) as the ‘Low Rise Rental Housing Development of the Year’.
