Deveraux Apartment Communities is proud to announce that we received two awards from the Alberta Residential Landlord Association at this year’s ARLA Awards.
Deveraux was recognized with the New Rental Development of the Year award for Cadence Apartments at Griesbach in Edmonton, while Keira H., Training Coordinator, was named Support Staff of the Year.
Cadence Apartments at Griesbach was recognized for excellence in design, quality, amenities, and resident experience. Located in Edmonton’s Village at Griesbach, Cadence brings 255 new rental homes to a walkable, master-planned community. The property offers modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, along with elevated amenities including a resident clubhouse, commercial-grade fitness centre with spin studio, coworking space, golf simulator, pet wash station, outdoor swimming pool, and patio with BBQs and firepits.
The community also reflects Deveraux’s commitment to thoughtful, sustainable rental housing through features such as high-efficiency mechanical systems, energy recovery ventilators, LED lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, EV charging stations, and indoor bike storage.
Keira has played an important role in supporting Deveraux’s continued growth by developing and delivering training programs for Leasing Agents, Property Administrators, Community Managers, and other team members across Alberta. Since joining Deveraux in 2023, she has helped strengthen onboarding, create practical training resources, and support consistent processes across the organization. Known for her patience, positivity, and commitment to helping others succeed, Keira has made a meaningful impact on teams across multiple divisions.
These awards highlight Deveraux’s commitment to creating exceptional rental communities and supporting the people who help deliver an outstanding resident experience every day.
