Auctus Property Fund LP Acquires Award-Winning Property in Edmonton

Deveraux Asset Management, a division of the Deveraux Group of Companies, is pleased to announce the Auctus Property Fund LP successfully completed the acquisition of a 100% ownership of G17 Apartments at Tamarack in Edmonton, AB on July 29, 2022.

G17 Apartments at Tamarack is a 350-unit premium multi-family apartment complex consisting of four, six-story buildings, three with underground parking, and is immediately adjacent to the Grove on 17th retail hub, which offers various large retail options. G17 Apartments was awarded the 2023 ‘Low Rise Rental Development of the Year’ award from the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA) Awards.
