Auctus Property Fund LP Acquires First Property in Calgary

Deveraux Asset Management, a division of the Deveraux Group of Companies, is pleased to announce the Auctus Property Fund LP successfully completed the acquisition of Plaza Apartments in Calgary, AB. It acquired 100% ownership of this luxury apartment community in April 2024.

Situated in Calgary’s Brentwood neighbourhood, Plaza Apartments is a new, luxury residential community. It is comprised of two, six-storey steel and concrete buildings with two levels of underground parking, offering a total of 229 suites; both buildings opened in 2023. This community offers a variety of high-end amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a private clubhouse for residents, complete with a games room, an IT/Business centre and a communal kitchen.
