Auctus Property Fund LP Acquires First Property in Sherwood Park

Deveraux Asset Management, a division of the Deveraux Group of Companies, is pleased to announce the Auctus Property Fund LP successfully completed the acquisition of The Arc at Emerald Hills in Sherwood Park, AB. It has acquired 100% ownership of this luxury apartment community.

Located in the large hamlet of Sherwood Park, just 15 kilometres east of Edmonton, The Arc at Emerald Hills is a new, luxury residential community. It is comprised of two six-story, modern buildings with a total of 203 units; both buildings opened in 2023.
