Auctus Property Fund LP Acquires Luxury Apartment Community in Winnipeg

Deveraux Asset Management, a division of the Deveraux Group of Companies, is pleased to announce that Auctus Property Fund LP successfully completed the acquisition of a 55% ownership interest in The Tradition at Bridgwater in Winnipeg, MB on March 15, 2023.

The Tradition at Bridgwater is a 270-unit luxury apartment community located in the Bridgwater Trails neighbourhood of Winnipeg. Completed in December 2022, this modern farmhouse-inspired community includes a combination of apartment and townhome buildings that accommodate rental tenants in one, two and three bedroom configurations.

The onsite resident clubhouse features a commercial-grade fitness centre, tenant lounge, outdoor pool, community barbecue and fire pit area, and the community’s location adjacent to the Bridgwater Trails area gives residents access to over 70 acres of open space, mature forest and nearby lakes.

The Tradition at Bridgwater will be managed by Deveraux Apartment Communities.
