Auctus Property Fund LP Acquires The Apex at Acre 21 in Regina, Saskatchewan

Deveraux Asset Management, the asset management division of the Deveraux Group of Companies, is excited to announce that on January 17, 2020, Auctus Property Fund LP successfully completed the acquisition of a 50% ownership interest of The Apex at Acre 21, an apartment community located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The Apex at Acre 21 is a three-building, 176-unit apartment community with a resident clubhouse featuring a fitness centre, package locker system, event space, games area and an outdoor patio complete with barbeques. Located in the Greens on Gardiner neighbourhood of southeast Regina, The Apex at Acre 21 is immediately adjacent to Acre 21, a thriving and expanding retail hub.
