Deveraux Apartment Communities Wins at PPMA Awards

We are excited to announce the Deveraux Apartment Communities Winnipeg team has taken home three awards at the 2023 Professional Property Manager Association (PPMA) of Manitoba Awards of Excellence. The team has been recognized with ‘Property Manager of the Year’, ‘Maintenance Person of the Year’ and the award for ‘Outstanding Customer Service’.

⁠Property Manager of the Year went to Jason W., Regional Property Manager for Winnipeg. This award recognizes a property manager who has shown dedication and innovation when it comes to providing exceptional services to residents.

Maintenance Person of the Year went to Carey G., Facilities Supervisor. This award recognizes a maintenance person who has shown dedication to providing quality maintenance service using their expertise and skills and demonstrates a willingness to promote, learn and adapt to new methods.
