Each year on Earth Day, individuals and organizations around the world reflect on their role in protecting our planet. The 2025 theme, “It’s Our Power, It’s Our Planet”, speaks directly to the choices we make about how we source and use energy. At Deveraux, we are proud to stand behind this message through meaningful, action-driven sustainability initiatives, such as the installation of a cutting-edge 258 kW solar array on the rooftops of The Legacy at Griesbach.

Launched in March 2024, the solar array enhances energy efficiency by an impressive 30%, dramatically reducing our reliance on the traditional power grid. It reflects the core of what sustainability means at Deveraux—purposeful innovation that delivers real environmental impact. Unlike typical projects, which tend to support 60–100 kW systems, our array covers over 70% of the rooftop space, setting a new standard in sustainable apartment development.

This project brings to life our commitment to the 4 Ps that define our purpose:
