The Pinnacle at Bridgwater: Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The Deveraux Group of Companies held a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony today at our newly developed apartment community, The Pinnacle at Bridgwater.

It was a great turnout with a variety of invited guests including our valued trade partners, consultants and investors. Also in attendance were various City of Winnipeg and Manitoba government officials, including Deputy Mayor Markus Chambers, Councillor of Waverly West Ward Janice Lukes and Dwayne Rewniak from Manitoba Housing.

Offering up to 25% of the units under Manitoba Housing’s Affordable Housing Rental Program, Deveraux can provide prospective residents affordable rental rates without compromising quality, comfort or convenience. The Pinnacle at Bridgwater is an amenity-rich apartment community that consists of seven, four-storey apartment buildings with a mix of spacious one bedroom plus den and two bedroom plus den suites across two phases.
