The Arc at Emerald Hills is Deveraux's first apartment community in Sherwood Park, AB, a large hamlet located 15 minutes east of Edmonton.
The Arc at Emerald Hills features 203 apartments spread across two, six-storey buildings. Both buildings opened in 2023.
