Deveraux Asset Management is pleased to announce that on July 15, 2019, Auctus Property Fund LP successfully completed the acquisition of a 55% ownership interest of Auctus Property Fund LP III (“Auctus III LP”).
Auctus III LP is a limited partnership structured to invest in the development, construction and operation of The Pinnacle at Bridgwater, a 176-unit luxury apartment community located in the Bridgwater Trails neighbourhood of Winnipeg. With over 70 acres of open space, mature forest and lakes nearby in the Bridgwater Trails area, The Pinnacle is a vibrant apartment community that attracts premium tenants.
