Auctus Albany Edmonton Property Fund LP is a limited partnership formed to invest in the development, construction and operation of a new multi-family apartment development in the Albany neighbourhood in north Edmonton.

The Albany development, named The Fifth at Palisades, began construction in 2023, and, when complete, it will feature 257 units across three, six-storey buildings, each with a heated underground parkade. The project will offer a mix of one, two and three bedroom suites, along with a resident clubhouse featuring a commercial-grade fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and pet-friendly amenities that include a dog run and pet wash station.

This apartment community located in Albany, one of Edmonton’s newer neighbourhoods, established in 2009 as an extension to the Palisades area in northwest Edmonton. It is near Anthony Henday Drive, providing residents with convenient access to Edmonton and surrounding communities such as St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan and Spruce Grove.
