Stafford and Deveraux Group are pleased to announce a partnership to develop Barton House, a new purpose-built rental community located at 914 Bathurst Street in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood.

The partnership brings together two highly established real estate firms with complementary expertise. Stafford is a Toronto-based developer with more than 70 years of experience delivering residential and mixed-use communities across the Greater Toronto Area. With a vertically integrated platform spanning development, construction management, and investment, Stafford has delivered more than 350 projects representing over $10 billion in value, including more than 20,000 residential homes. Deveraux Group is a fully integrated real estate firm with extensive experience in the development, construction, and long-term management of purpose-built rental communities across Canada, and is actively expanding its presence in Toronto.

Barton House will deliver 159 purpose-built rental homes across 12 storeys, offering a mix of studio to three-bedroom suites. The building will include more than 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, designed to support modern urban lifestyles and long-term rental living.

Located just minutes from Bathurst subway station, 914 Bathurst Street sits at the intersection of the Annex, Seaton Village, and Koreatown, within walking distance of the University of Toronto, parks, restaurants, and major retail corridors. The project is situated in one of Toronto’s most connected and vibrant neighbourhoods, offering residents convenient access to transit, amenities, and established community destinations.
